Each month, The Groundhog features articles written by representatives of area organizations such as: Little River Arts Council; Little River Waterkeeper; Mentone Area Preservation Association; Mentone Arts and Cultural Center; Mentone Educational Resources Foundation; Moon Lake Community Library; Moon Lake School; and the Rhododendron Garden Club. Mentone's mayor, Rob Hammond, is also a regular contributor. Community activities and events in Mentone, Valley Head, Hammondville, Menlo and Cloudland are covered, as are educational accomplishments of our area's students.
